Also be aware that "default_splitscreen" takes off Hardcore and makes it into a normal mode. To enable this you must be host, and you activate it by going to clantag in the lobby while you are host. (If the map gets skipped just change your clantag again.)

Is It Not Possible To Keep It Hardcore

Not if you have the "default_splitscreen" on.
