He's only creating 2 sets of hud for the shaders at the start of the game i think he told me on Skype and he's then using .alpha to make them show or not therefore your point is invalid, if he's not creating new huds every time his menu is fine i should know i used .alpha too and i've never had any problems.

lol i know that this is going to sound noobish but how do i go about doing that becouse i might not be and i want this menu i spent 3 montsh on to work! lol
One thing that i found was a problem with my menu on PS3 when i started making it was when i kept making the game load my options everytime i opened the menu or every time i spawned, try moving your menu options self thread to onplayerconnect that's what i done and it worked completely fine afterwards, Kieran taught me alot about COD4 overflow errors etc at that time
