My friend who doesnt have a xbox anymore gave me Cod 4 problem is it's scratched and for the xbox users you can install the game so it will still work well since it gets about half way then crashes I can't install it. Help?

What I did when my game was all scratched up was borrow another copy of the game install off of that and then use the scratched one to start it up after returning the good copy. Another solution might be to go to a game store/ video rental store and have them resurface the disc so that the minor scratches will be removed and the major ones will not cause so much trouble. This method costs a couple of dollars and can take a few days though. I hope I helped. ;-)

well, you can't download it because the game is already messed up.

Try wiping the disc / fixing the scratches ( I heard toothpaste works ) 0_o

I don't think it will be able to install because the disk is damaged and it can't read the information off the disk

I don't suggest using toothpaste because it's an abrasive, meaning it scratches things off surfaces. That would make it worse :p
