what do the set_con codes do?

how do you open the menu?

From observing this menu I can tell you that:
-->pad Left=Force Host Toggle
-->pad Right=ProMod Toggle

There is also a vstr that says "set menu" that opens the menu but there is no bind that goes to that vstr.

You can change "set devloper 0" to "vstr menu" (without quotes!)

Umm... I told him about that bind to help with the awaiting connection... 2 problem. It helps if you disable the developer to run more games without restarting menu!

dont need to, just think of a mod menu on a patch, its just like that (in the centre of the screen)
