(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've tried alot of things to fix this e.g. cleaning disc, re-downloading the 1.4 patch, different bypass codes, but none work, the game starts like normal but when it gets to the "Play online & splitscreen" menu, it reads the HDD as normal then quits the game back to the PS3 XMB screen.

Anyway of a fix or have i been banned?

you cant get banned on an old game, well you can but unlikely,
