Steps: go into a private lobby but dont start it.
Exit go to split screen & start a game
Press select twice and end game.
Go back on COD4 and there you have COD4 lv 55 all unlocks.

If you were a low level you will have to take of the bypass and go online and just keep killing untill you get create class. You will have all unlocks.
