Today I played COD4 and I saw a player who can hide him self so he killed me many times.

I know he have a hack for that !!

So : Can I install any hack for COD4 with out jail breaking my PS3 ?
if I can please tell me how !

Look into save modding for cod4, you can host some VERY basic mods with it, but for more advanced mods you will need to jailbreak, and i assume if you have really looked all over youtube, then id expect you'd at least look here in the cod4 section where you posted this question first... There are many threads with people's codes ready for use.
