because its patched and can only be used in bypass. until just recently when someone claimed to have it working again and he will release tut soon

this makes me sad. there was nothing wrong with enable art and it helped with my color blind ass by making everything contrast more

agreed my eyes hurt more on normal mode i need enable art back. the funny part is im only 15 and my eyes hurt haha
