You Can Do Both Of Those A Different Way, The Second One You Can Bounce On To The Fence/Invisible Platform Or Strafe Jump Onto It.

Prone eles are easier.
You can move slower, and can take less steps, so its easy to find the right spot

You can type a different way, you can not capitalize the first letter of every word.
