There are hundreds of TUTS on here, theres a sticky on it too, its incredibly easy. Maybe once your used to it you can make your own mods. Once you know how to mod cod4 bypass, use my Green Haze V1 Codes xD

that sort out thing doesn't exist

you can bypass which will give you a simple menu and no jailbreak needed

you can get a jailbroken 3.55 or 3.41 (or use CFW) can get patches which are much better

Check out the bypass codes section as there is plenty of menus to use offline and online bypass
