If you have a jailbroken ps3, just put in cod4, download the update. Then go to blackbox and open it on your computer and take the patch from the pkg to the computer. Or use the tool that opens pkgs and just take the patch out from there. Theres sooooooo many places that you can easily get a patch

my CFW ps3 isn't set up yet
