All you need is USB and a game save of cod 4
copy the save onto your usb (make sure you have played multiplayer)
open the game data on your computer the MP and CM with note pad ++ or any program of your choice
delete all the text and copy the codes you want
save the files
copy the game save back on to your ps3
load up cod 4
enjoy
