Also, does anyone know any other name glitches? e.g colored name, bold name, italics, underline....

Yeh you can get out of backlot in non oldschool , like the video shows you.

u can get out of backlot and crossfire non oldschool and get out to the bridge side 1 person in old school

Well, I'm not sure, but in Countdown there is one of the little holes with the rockets in them
where you can jump onto the rocket, then a little ridge on the wall inside. It has'nt really helped me at all getting out of the map, but I'm sure if you worked at it you could get under the map. Ill try for the next few days on that and get back to you if i have any success.
