Okay Everytime Im In A ProMod Game on Console, All Snipers Have To Use Deep Impact. But, In PC Frag Movies The Crosshairs Are Small As If The Sniper Had Steady Aim.

The rules may be different?
And also PC is totally editable.
And maybe PC is just different with crosshairs.
