1.) Customizable background shader that is permenant ?
2.) Multiple Menu's (load up another menu like MW2) ?
3.) Change Menu Text colours, also perm
4.) More Sub Menu's and more mods?

Just put as many mods as you can like every one in the game but have like different menus to open them like Fun menu, host menu and so on and i like how in kush friendlys menu it had Halo jump it was pretty cool and put like Small xp (3000 or something so level 1s dont get kicked and high xp (20000)

I dont think it would need multiple menus if its going to have most mods in it

Im not going to have multiple menu's as its just gunna lag your ps3 out because my V2 is packed with mods
