1.bomb squad to find hidden bombs
2.UAV jammer to be undetected when the radar comes
3.dead silence to hear your opponents foot steps

SKORPIAN
1.bandoiler
2.seight of hands
3.dead silence

R700 (sniper rifle)
1.claymores :p
2.stopping power
3.dead slence

RPD (i would most likely use the grip)
1.the grip removes perk 1
2.stopping power
3.deep impact

The only gun i would suggest there is an mp5, but not using uav jammer, stopping power or juggernaught for the win.

M40A3 has too be the best sniper (In my opinion.)
