Well I havent done any decryption yet. But you will need Net. Framework 3.5 And Pm Dezired Ask Him too put A tutorial Up. Also you'll Need a Hex editor.

Ermm.. Im not sure. But if you've never heard of a HexEditor I dont think you'll be needing a Pass. Just Download and you can use for Hack codes And Bypass tool. But I think you may find the Decryption tough. Hope this Helped
