When you prestige you lose them but like when you get them when your bypassed you keep them.

There is a hack where you can put the attachments on the guns but that's about it, once you leave the game you don't keep it.

but i mean, like say if i used give all, got 150 kill streak with a few, would the attachments be there later?

No sorry, i don't think there is.
