I know i'm not bypassing too quickyly. It takes a good 5-10 times. And I do not get DL game setting either.

Help please.

try bypassing with XMB but go to muiltyplayer split screen first

First delete your old hacks from your ps3, then put in your new hacks. And then overwrite your new hacks again (so you are sure they are saved all right). Everytime you start up your ps3 you have to repeat this process.
Next thing to do is wait 10 seconds at the multiplayer menu before going to the online menu. But you probably already do that, as you said 'And I do not get DL game setting either.' Or your hacking file could be too big for the ps3 to handle or something, try using less hacks I guess.
I hope you can understand what I wrote, good luck, but you should know hacking online isn't really fair.
