Do you have trouble actually bypassing or getting your codes to work after you bypass?

How many friends do you have?

You say you have tried each method at least 20 tiems but I don't know which you've tried.

The method that always works for me is going into

split screen
multi-player
select gun
go into game
then sign in

If that doesn't work, try signing in from the lobby instead of going into the game.

Are you sure you have 60+ friends?

um.... for some hacks you could only have 40 put its better to have 60
just go to ground war and go to players met and add them all!
they have to accept not pending thank me
