The way you are bypassing, i usally set all god and infin rounds on BUTTON_BACK

When you have bypassed and you see "Play Online"
resist the temptation to click it.
Just wait 1min and then press play online.

Bypass a safer way.
for example:

1.save the codes into the ps3 and play the game.
2.press O at the patch and bypass at the intros 2 times really slow
3. then skip everything and hit mission select and hit the first level (FNG)
4.then Bypass really fast while its loading

Ps: before you click play online wait 10-20 seconds and go to splitscreen and do like noclip or god and end it then click play online
