Sorry but there arn't any and there wont be because the only way to hack cod4 is by hacking infinity ward servers which is illegal, sorry but the only way to hack cod4 now is by bypassing.

There is no hacks. I.W made it compeltely impossible to hack the gamesave now. So really the only chance of hacking is to bypass. As many people dont like to do. But, there is other ways to hack cod4 itself.

Example: Hacking the disk with a certain blueray program.

Other than that, ask someone for hacks to bypass.
