2) either you aren't bypassing or the MP file is too big, i think

It could be the way you are bypassing. If you take to many tries in bypassing your hacks will be overwritten, and if you bypass to quickly your hacks will be deleted. So try a diffrent bypass method.

after you copy the saved data from your memory stick to your ps3, make sure the file size is 83 Kb maximum, any larger and the hacks wont work. if your hacks are indeed 83 Kb or less, then it may be the way you are bypassing. make sure you are waiting around 20 seconds on the multiplayer menu before clicking play online.

And before you hit play online, wait 30 seconds, DGS deletes the hacks

I tried your hacks, they work fine.
Its just the way you bypass!
Way to bypass:
1st. Press O at the patch
2nd. Skip everything and so to singleplayer
3rd. Hit the first mission (F.N.G)
And bypass really fast
