I accidently put 2 binds with button_x, does that mess them up and I did it in lan party because It won't let me bypass. it says online service disabled because of parental controls

Oh yes, you can't have 2 binds on the same button, just change it and try again.

whenever i put this it screws the hacks up for me.
bind DPAD_UP "toggle jump_height 39 100 1000
only 2 jump heights ex: "toggle jump_height 39 1000"
