Just try an other method.
The best and fastest I use is:

Have 60+ friends,
then go to speedtest.net and click start test
then try to sign in.
I just need 1-3 tries.

try signing in 5times on cinematics
if that dont work
go to split screen
go to the lobby
dont join the game
psress PS button
keep signing in on there
i bypass 2nd go always anyway so

I suggest just trying different methods i only bypassed ofr the 2nd time bout 10mins ago. I went in a split screen game came out then when it was loading back to the mp menu i signed in then i got update clicked o then signed in again and it worked. i really just think its luck. Just keep trying you will get eventually
