There are TONS of hacks for ratio out there.

My trick is that I copy and paste my codes in the CM file.
I change "default_buttons" to "default_xboxlive"
When you change your clan tag in the lobby when your host, 18 people can join your game.

Go to there spawn and wait for 18 people and just RPG them. If ALL of them have god mode just kick em!

Another easy way is the C4 trick. Try to be host on shipment, Ask the other person if they would wanna do HS. When you get into game plant C4's at every spawn spot except 1.

And just shoot them in 1 spot (the head)

go to cage match and try kill 20.000 somebody and after end the game, ur ratio increase, but after u need find that person, and after he killed u 20.000 N u just turn off ur ps3 from the back, so he get all his kills, but u dont get any death , good luck
