Bypassing is very easy. These are just the noob methods. This is my method.
1. Make sure Auto Sign in is turned off.
2. On the Home Screen Sign In. Waiit for all friends to load, then sign out again, repeat this one more time. Once you have done that, sign in one last time, then press cancel about half way through.
3. Once you have done that quickly go to Call of Duty 4 and click X.
4. The Update will then pop up. Do not press anything. Wait for it to flash and come back up again. Then press O, then very quickly press the PS Button. Then go to sign in a click on sign in.
5. Oce the Sign In... Please wait. Thing disapears, rapidly keep pressing O Untill the update dissapears. Then click on sign in again and repeat the process untill you see Account Management.
It's very easy, I usually manage to do it first time all the time. I will make a Video tutorial soon.
Also nice Hacks, I will try them out once I get home.
