Two ways don't have a video, coming in BilOc 9 it leads to a somewhat new glitch. One you go where the dumpster is and freeze jump off of that. Second hard to explain so just do the first. If you want I'll show you 2nd way tomorrow the 21st. Just add me PSN: gobucks31

I saw a video once where someone bounced to the top of that building.. Is that what you're talking about? Bounce is on some small steps

Nope that was probably on PC or with a hack. There is a way I found to get up. Hard to explain.

10 times. No the lowest number of knifes to get you up there is 15 and that is from the spot I found. From the common spot I think its is like 30.

30 is to much, it's about 25 if u freeze from the dumpster...
