Edit : if you got a black screen by starting games on your PS3 jailbroken i have 3 method to fix this !

First method :
1. First, you will need to Go to Debug Settings on your XMB menu.
2. Then scroll down till you find Boot Mode.
3. Change or Make Sure Boot Mode is on Release Mode!
4. Now change the Release Check Mode to Release Mode.
5. Then change Network Settings for Debug to Dual Settings.
6. Once you are done and the settings are set, Restart the PS3.
7. Just Start up World At War without a debug EBOOT and now you should be able to play zombies; with your modded patch, or Multiplayer with your modded patch as well.

Second method :
Convert your games by using multiman.

Third method :
Unplug your ethernet and start the games.

Convert your Folder into a ISO.

First things first, are you on DEX?

I was on cex and i convert my PS3 to dex like two month ago, and how did i convert it to ISO files and if i convert it can i install a mod menu ?

So you're on DEX. Have you set your debug settings to Release Mode instead of System Software Mode? It's a common reason for games like World at War to not start.
