Post: Infected Is Broken

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I decided to play Infected on Advanced Warfare for the first time today and I've come to the conclusion that it's broken in its current state. Maybe broken is the wrong word. Imbalanced maybe better.

Every game I play we get the Bulldog shotgun. They never mix it up by giving us Snipers, Assault, or SMG weapons. So that gets boring. Also, the advantage was always in the hands of the survivors but that seems to have changed now. These spike drones are far superior to throwing knives. The have range, accuracy, and you can call it back. So I can easily stay out of someone with the Bulldog's range and just keep firing the spike drone until I get a kill. The only way a survivor can get an infected person firing the spike drone from distance is to charge them. Infected players have increased speed and mobility so getting closer isn't ideal. Also, the Bulldog only holds 6 rounds and it's slow to reload. If you're being charged at by even 2 infected it can sometimes be tough. Lastly, there's no specialist bonus so even if you get 10 kills you're not going to get any perks.

Basically, I think the game favours the Infected too much but that's just my opinion.
