, with Double XP the best I did was 49,400 XP in a game with an average of about 28,000 XP per game, and without it was about 17,000 XP per game if you do OK. But I am not the best :p

I'm in the top 1000 PS4 HSnD. It's by far the best mode to rank up your level. Im Marksman reached prestige master in 3 days of play time for XBOX One playing only S& and he didn't have the benefit of double XP the whole time. That's faster than the guys who won 'the race' and they had double XP the entire time.
As long as you're good and get a good average score you'll be fine. I aim for about 1000 per/game and with the recent update we're now getting 50 pts for an assists. Planting and defusing is like 125 points by itself and it's best of 6 rounds so you can easily get 10+ kills.
