No, it was one of the worst maps ever made.
Easy to spawn kill, literally.. in demolition you just sit at a spot & the enemies would spawn in front of you.

Well it might come as a DLC if peoples like it, there are better maps than Nuketown !

Reusing old outdated maps is very lazy and frankly very IW. I hope not. However, they always include a really small map: Shipment, Dome, Rust, Nuketown, and Dome again lol
