First of all the map will be a pre-order bonus for anyone that pre-orders the game from “most retailers worldwide”, if you don’t pre-order you will be able to download the map for a price. If you were worried that the map would be a console exclusive…it’s not. Players who already pre-ordered, the DLC will be available to download once the game launches. That means the launch unit of "Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Limited Edition" will include the Nuketown 2025 downloadable bonus map free to download. Even if you don't pre-order the game there is a possibilty to get the map for free. But you know, It's Call of Duty, All limited edition units will be sold out before the game launches. Pre-ordering will secure you a launch unit of "Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Limited Edition" that will include the Free Nuketown 2025 downloadable bonus map.

So I pre-ordered because I really wanted a store EXCLUSIVE but turns out that most sotres with receive same preorder bonuses.

Like really Nuketown coming back in Black Ops 2 makes it sound like Black Ops 2 isnt doing much to there multiplayer maps just renaming them thats what it seems like to me

Nuketown was a fan favorite, everybody loved Nuketown! That's why they are bringing it back. Also how did you come up with the idea that Treyarch is just renaming their maps; you haven't seen a single MP map YET lol...
