Perk Ideas:

Maybe an expensive perk where you get extra grenade/monkey bomb etc. slots and get some free ammo at the end of each round. Doubt Treyarch would do it though as it would make the game significantly easier in the later rounds. Maybe also something where you get more time between rounds to pick up ammo and stuff...
