I'm also thinking that the PRO version of Fast hands will make you aim faster.

SoH and Quickdraw are now attachments. SoH is called Fast Mag and Quickdraw is called Quickdraw. also there is no Pro Perks anymore.

I think Quickdraw is an attactment for Assault rifles only. I'm guessing Slieght of hand is an attactment called fast mag which is very similar to dual mag in black ops.

It was asked where Slight of Hand was, to which Vhan replied, with this version of CAC, and using attachments to mod your gun instead of perks (this method of modding makes the game better), that SOH was replaced.

It's now called "Fast Mags" and is int eh form of an attachment.

It a attachment now which makes sense....give up something to change your gun over a blank perk changing it. Also means it easier to balance as you do it per weapon.
