No, I dont think the commando is back, and there is 15 prestiges of 55 levels.

Oh hope it is, and thanks not too bad MW3 levels were too high and theres 20 prestiges Not Happy or Sad

Actually I think the commando is in black ops 2 (campaign only), just not in multiplayer :p.
