Yeah there are similar things but I reckon that its just coincidence.
In the hills have eyes 1 they do go to Some sort of Nuketown (something you missed from your video) :p

But I reckon its just coincidence / over thinking.
The storyline won't follow the hills have eyes becuase when you think about the film storyline wouldn't fit with zombies (a lot of the characters die) and there is almost no plot to the hills have eyes.

The Hills Have Eyes 1 (Favorite Scene: Nuketown) is one of my favorite movies ever (2 is good too, but I liked 1 more), so if Black Ops was copying or based off The Hills Have Eyes, that would make the game that much better to me.

And that one character with the glasses does kind of look like the guy in the movie.

Anyways, good points. I can see some similarities now.
