so far there isn't a definite answer, but treyarch will probably add it on to one of the map packs. Like they did for black ops. So if you don't get it through preorder, you will most likely have to pay for a map pack , and download it then...

They have already said that Nuketown 2025 is only a pre order bonus, and Nuketown zombies will be exclusive to those who get the Hardened or Prestige. But then again they did say the same with the Classic Map pack on BO1
