Both are resolved.
In some cases, if you see this message, it doesn't mean the servers are down. It means you can't connect to us. Check your Friends list, or Recent Players. If people are playing, but you are not, it's been 1 of 2 things (so far):
1. Connection issue between you and us. Often temporary.
2. A problem with the login/authentication servers.
I frequently look at this URL, which gives me a basic snap shot of the state of the Internet. Although clearly this doesn't represent your local ISP, it does a reasonable at perdicting backbone trouble.

I've never modded black ops 1, so how do you explain me getting the server error message?
Also 2 of my psn friends i saw said were stuck in main menu, & so they can't connect to. And they don't know anything about wtf cfw is & how to mod anything.. Please Explain them also MR CAPITAL BUTTON STUCK KNOW IT ALL
Activison & Treyarch haven't banned anyone (yet) in a post i read 1 of their contact support said it!!.... Also if we were banned or console banned it would say in the reason & have to word "banned" in it.
It's that hard to understand, "....Server is not available" means Server is not available/not fully available (so it's the server!)... Banned message = you guessed it... Banned!
