I typed it in every way possible and I can't get it to work. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm on PS3 btw. Any opinions or facts can help, thanks!

Make sure you are definitely typing it in with the dashes, writing with capital letters. It will be in the format of XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX

I've tried everything lol. Lowercase, Capital and without the dashes. My code has some zeroes or O's, I tried them both and nothing. I'll wait till tomorrow or the next day but if nothing happens I will contact them. Thanks though
