lol same thing happen to me when I joined a TDM lobby earlier. Also I've noticed whenever I join a game and I have a 3 bar, I can barely get any kills, all I get is hitmarkers.

here something that may help you. Go onto find match, then press square and change the search preferences and change it to best. Then search for a new game

I've already set it to that but the majority of games I join, I still have a 3 bar. And my connection is good.
