Is Nuketown 2025 available now?

I got the season pass i downloaded it and everything.

Is it only available this weekend or can i get some details?

Ive looked online for 20 minutes and cant find shit!

I don't think you get Nuketown 2025 with the Season Pass. You needed to pre-order the game to get the map.
