What do they mean by " observing a system lock-up"??? Is that the server unavailable when trying to connect online?

lmao, the game. I feel as if it's in beta testing right now. It feels/looks unfinished. It's like they are using us as beta testers.

I believe system lock-up is the freezing.

From what i have experienced the System lock up is only happening to me while signed into PSN. So i freeze because of the incoming server error. i have never froze playing story mode or anything offline.
