Many of my mates just used it to keep ghost (perk), but not sure what i'll do.

Most people I know took ghost, but I took tacs

You keep your gun level and all the attachments you have unlocked from those levels

Ya you keep your gun levels and attachments that you've unlocked. Although, the unlocks you used will not be kept (like the actual guns and equipment and scorestreaks). You'll have to unlock them again. Also, you get a permanent unlock to use on any gun, perk, equipment, etc. and you get to keep that throughout the game.

Unlocked the M8 permanently, it's such a beast of a gun. I love how the weapon levels stay, I'm actually gonna prestige a lot in this. My MP7 and 50 cal will forever be maxed out.

So what is the real advantage of prestige? You get to get more unlock tokens?

Makes the game fun. It isn't fun to stay at 55 forever imo. Extra CAC slots are nice too.

Good to know. I won't prestige... Friends make this game fun... not the game with it's bs with prestige thx
