its in my guide just set up a static ip and you should be okay, its not out of luck, its if you configure properly, what i mean is that a dynamic ip is basically when your ip changes constantly, which is probably what you used because you dont know how to set up a static ip, with that being the case, when you did the dmz using the dynamic ip, a little while after your ip changed for your ps3 and the dmz was no longer in effect for your ps3, thats why you have to use a static ip so that your ip is never changed and your router doesn't assign your ps3 a new one
