(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey ngu i had been gettin server error on black ops 2 at first i thought i had been banned but i managed to fix my connection error on black ops 2 server after seeing so many posts i decided to make this thead to help others with this situation the way i fixed this server error was by firstly deleting the game data utility of black ops 2 (1.03) and then re-installing it after that i decided to change my NAT type i was pretty sure this was the issue as i had the same server problem when black ops 1 first came out my NAT type was originally set as moderate so i change my NAT type to be set as open NOTE: if your NAT is set as open originally you may want to try this method posted by xIFoRSaKeN-You must login or register to view this content.
***its the same as changing your NAT to open but you will be changing to strict instead***
i used a video tutorial to help me change my NAT type if anyone needs help with changing there NAT type here is a video tutorial made by You must login or register to view this content. :

after opening my NAT i was able to connect without any problems xD hope this will help some of you fix this problem good luck Winky Winky

well this worked for me and one of my friends im only trying to help people out you could always try a reverse of this method ie change your NAT type the same way but change your`s to strict it should work as a member posted a simular method as i posted but he set his NAT to strict after doing so he confirmed it working ill find the thead and link you it if you like.

instead of posting without trying this why dont you try changing your NAT then post the outcome in this thead not just assume this dont work i wouldnt waste my time posting this if i didnt think it worked lol certain people on ngu are to quick to post comments without even testing or trying lol

Calm down, that was before you edited your post, i removed my grown i know you're only trying to help, sorry, removed

Anyway... question xIFoRSaKeN- in that thread said "change your NAT type to strict." but you say change NAT type to be open ??

I'm honestly not hating, but i don't think changing NAT or DMZ'ing is why you now can connect, it's probably coincidence that you can now connect
