1. Please disable all firewalls within your router.

2. Set a static ip address to your Playstation 3.

3. Set port forwarding on your router to the IP address of your Playstation 3. This game uses ports 81, 3074, 3075, 3478, 3479 (UDP) and ports 80, 443, 3074, 5223 (TCP). For voice / video chat and online game play, direct communication with other PS3? systems is used for data transmission during voice / video chat and online gaming. The port number used for this is UDP: 3658.

4. Place your Playstation 3 into the DMZ of your router.

Next, try the following to delete the PS3 browser cache:

1. In the Playstation XMB select "Network".
2. Scroll down and select "Internet Browser" and Press X.
3. Press the triangle button.
4. Highlight "Tools" and press Right on the analog stick or diagonal pad.
5. Scroll down and highlight "Delete Cache".
6. Press X and select Yes.

And finally, please try the following to delete the browser's cookies:

1. In the Playstation XMB select "Network".
2. Scroll down and select "Internet Browser" and Press X.
3. Press the triangle button.
4. Highlight "Tools" and press Right on the analog stick or diagonal pad.
5. Scroll down and highlight "Delete Cookies".
6. Press X and select Yes.

If all else fails, please test the port number mentioned earlier on You must login or register to view this content.. The ports should all read, "Open."

I tried all of these and still cant get on/ i have error 22.0.-1 am i ban or is it not letting me on for some reason. i couldnt play this game since release. only got to play for like 15 min. HELP!!

i had the same 22.0.-1 got the game the day it came out couldnt play untill yesterday.when loaded the game the numbers change..only on diffrent acc. witch i have no prob. with that acc. still get sever error on main acc. and lots of people have same prob.

i had this problem since midnight release but i got a new ps3 console yesterday and made a new account now i can connect to the servers and play

can you go on your main account on your new ps3 cuase if this isnt fixed by saturday im getting it for xbox are a new ps3

Yes, they say they are working on it. I'm in the same boat as you bro. I got the game at the midnight lauch, cam home and started up a game. Shortly after I got booted to the MP menu with "Server is Unavailable".

no i cant has to be a new account made ... i am account not console banned from black ops 1 on my main account & have mods for other cods on my 4.31 ofw ps3 soo duno but i couldn't play since midnight release on any account so i bought a new ps3 and can connect to the servers on any new account made straight away
