specs: 8gbs of ram
ati radeon hd 5570 graphics card
windows 7 service pack 1 x64
amd phenom quad-core processor 2.2ghzz

i can play single player and zombies just not multiplayer
i have all the updated drivers and the beta amd graphic drivers i haven't played multiplayer since i bought the game

And the error you get is?...

Could you describe what exactly happens? Does it just randomly whitescreen and force close? Some description would be nice.

when i launch multiplayer from steam it launches the game then crashes/not responding then i have to force close it via task manager just shows a black screen

There might be an issue here: t6mp.exe

I unfortunately can't help you off the top of my head, a quick google only showed this affecting the 500 series of NVIDIA GPUs, which is obviously not the case here.

I will investigate a tad more and reply back as quickly as I can.

that will be great because i haven't played multiplayer since relase been playing zombies and it is getting boring
