Currently i have been playing black ops 2 alot this weekend as of the double xp for ps3
I finally prestiged and got to about 1st prestige level 21 And i get reset back to level 1?
Why would it do this, how do i fix this or do i contact black ops?

Okay.
So when your a low level like level 1 for a example.
And level up that game 25 times..
The XP might of counted as in when the game is over you will be the same rank.
But on your leader board of the Game Mode, you won't.
So pretty much, you got to much XP one game.
Just make sure you check the leaderboards of that game mode everytime the game ends to make sure your XP counted.

Also, another way is SIGN OUT and SIGN back in every game if you feel like you get to much XP.

Then you must of got to much XP one game.

So How do i get back to my rank?

You can't.

Well Thats a bit stupid, cause i got to much xp in a match i have to restart, Treyarch really need to sort themselfs out!

It happened to me too, I managed to contact Activision support and now I am awaiting a response from their Tech Team

Just like SupremeSixty did, send an e-mail to Activision, they will look into it, unless you did something like boosting.
