I already watched a ton of people's videos on youtube, and i keep getting Hardpoint and kill confirmed. Is their any tips/tricks on getting more XP? Usually i get at least 13k xp a game. Is that decent? Sometimes i get 35k+ xp in one game if im doing really good. Thanks guys.

imo hardcore gives off a lot of experience. Between Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed I always seem to get about 10k more from Kill Confirmed O_O
